Fix the MCSG EU Server

Hey guys !

Yesterday i was playing at a clan war with my clan . And every single round we have Ghosting from 5 linies to 1 linie . Please make something to resolve the problem ( remove 1.9 ) it makes lot of lag . On US i don't have any lag and i have on EU please make something to fix this bug we want the old MCSG back .
