Flight Bug

While spectating on us server 6 I am not able to fly. I can start flying but then I will go back to the beginning. Also I am on survival.

I have the same problen at all times on server 5 and what happens is if I turn on the fly mode thing it pulls me back abit if I fly twards something and if i try to fly up at all it just pull me back completely.
