The population of Kohi and Badlion have absolutely sky rocketed in the past few months. Why? The forgiveness policy. On Badlion, hackers' bans are reduced to one month after appealing. Kohi has completely changed their system so that hacking is a 4 month ban.

A few months ago, MCGamer constantly had slightly more players than Badlion. Badlion now has literally 5 times the amount of players on now. If you think that the forgiveness policy is a bad idea then you are simply completely delusional and in denial that the server is going down the drain. rapidly.

I don't know... i do agree with you a little but i think there should be a fairly long time frame, say 6 months, and then a 100% chance you will get unbanned if you appeal. I know we have the 9 months forgiveness thing already but i think varies from case to case (idk never been staff but just from what i've heard)
If you are unbanned and hack again then theoretically the anticheat should catch you .................................................................

As of the last time I checked, MCGamer does have a forgiveness policy which enacts 9 months after your original Ban Date.
