Changes since last released build (#66):

• Fix issue with the game menu for SG Solo ("Unable to locate game list for Survival Games Solo")
• Set SG Solo deathmatch threshold to 2 players
• Prevent SG Solo games from starting with less than 6 players
• Inform players that chat is disabled when attempting to chat in SG Solo
• Disable bounty and sponsor features in SG Solo
