Glitched game?

So i just played a game on EU42 and it was a bit odd... We voted for valleyside and got spawned ontop of the house, all the 24 tributes in a 1x1 block area.

In-game i came across a few strange chest, here is a picture of my inventory.

The spawn egg didn't work
I was able to place the crafting tables though.

what happened is the spawn was where the map creator set it and the chests where the default items placed by the map maker this was a problem for sg5 for a long time

Most chest were acting normal, it were only a few affected.

Happened to me a few times on SG 2, SG 5 and I think Holiday Resorts.

There was a cheats in SG5 that had regeneration potions.and strength
