Make SG lobby time shorter (Maybe 1:30 minutes)

Bow gitch
Have clan battle sgs
Give banned players a second chance, but if they get banned again after their second chance they're banned forever, unless if the dispute is valid. When there are a lot of hackers in one day maybe do something like judgement day and ban all the hackers
Stop adding new maps

Devs are trying to fix those bugs, shortening the time on SG won't really happen (it's just 30 seconds) They'll add clan sgs soon, they did that before, almost 99% didn't follow the second chance but there is a forgiveness rule.

That's why if they don't follow the rules the second time, they get banned forever

You don't understand, before February of this year, it used to be like that. Hackers would be banned for 1 week and then given a second chance. Due to statistics, it shows that only about 0.2% actually do not hack again. Most of the hackers go back to their main and/or stop playing on this server which is why hacking is now a permanent ban.

The devs already know about all the glitches you mentioned so posting those was kind of pointless, plus hackers don't deserve a second chance, if the evidence is sufficient then good riddance

I can see many flaws with this.

#1, 3, and 4 are HUGE problems everyone has noticed and Im sure their trying to fix it.

If they do things like Badlion does, we might as well just call this Badlion, and I don't think you've heard of "Judgment Day", which is also something that they might never do.

and stop adding new maps?… kind sir, as cool as the old maps are, it gives new players (and those who don't have routs) a chance to actually play the friggin' game!
