Glitching out at the start of games? Help!

Every time I start a game on any map, I start glitching out and I can't get anywhere - and I end up being killed without a chance. It's really frustrating, any solutions?

It's only just started doing it today, I've had no trouble in the past.

If you cant move hold sneak for a couple of seconds then walk a little bit forward (repeat if not). Also breaking a block could help..
