Hacked!

So I play on my account called Steven01301 that had Platinum which recently got hacked a couple of weeks ago. I heard you can get a refund but, the cost is you're account being perma ban. Is that true, if so i would like a refund back since I never really got to use my platinum on my Steven01301.

I think they do, it's a five dollar fee though I think. And ask a admin/ sr. Mod to ban you first, then you can talk to them about refunds and stuff. But you should defitnally ask for a ban right now, so this person doesn't make it impossible for a refund or something.
