Probably. AMD makes decent processors, but you can always get ones that are a little bit better, like Intel.

I have been considering the two for a while, and I was thinking of building my own at one point, with an Intel i5. Price added up to a bit less than that one^ but that was without Windows and a monitor :3
Ideas??
