Help on creating a mcsg clan

So I really want to make a mcsg clan and the making of one looks pretty simple its just the rules which i need help on. I've read the rules on clans threads but im still extremely confused. Do you have to contact any staff in order to be classed as a official clan? Or can you just get a couple off friends in your clan and start doing clan wars etc. I really need someone to go more in depth with rules and such since creating a clan and the rules are pretty complicated. Please help me ;-;

To create a clan post a clan thread here:
US/CA: http://www.mcgamer.net/forums/us-ca-clans.178/
EU: http://www.mcgamer.net/forums/eu-clans.179/
AU: http://www.mcgamer.net/forums/au-clans.180/

Remember to post in only 1 of these regions obviously depending on what one you are from. You don't need any staff permission to be a clan! Just follow the rules and you'll be fine. If you want a clan war just ask other clans to see if they want to. Hope this helps! Have an awesome day.
