My name is Cadavadorable

I stopped playing Minecraft about 5 months ago. And got back to it just a few days ago. I tried to login with my main account "Cadavadorable" but I completely forgot the password to the account. The minecraft account is linked to my dads email, because at the time when he bought minecraft for me I didnt have an email account. So he used his email. He is now overseas and staying at Canada for 2 years and I cant login to the minecraft account anymore. I tried calling him and explaining how to change the email but he wouldn't understand. The account also had a Diamond Donor rank on it on MCG. I really want to play with a diamond donor again and I dont think I can for 2 years. I just wanted to ask if it was possible if you could transfer the donor to my alt temporarily until I transfer it to my email after my dad gets back.

I did try emailing the support team because this is a valid reason(but I havent heard back in 1 month).

I have old proof and evidence that this is my account. And even this forum account with diamond donor to prove its legit.

P.S: I know that donor transferring is not available anymore, but I asked a mod and they said we can ask why we really want to transfer donor. I already know that just transferring in general is absouloutley not allowed. But this is a very vaild reason and I really want to start playing MCSG with my old diamond donor perks. And I think this should be transferable because I completely have no access to my account. And I got completely VALID proof.

Please help me sort out this issue

Sorry that it had happened to you, But currently we don't do donor transfers any more. I really do apologize for the inconvenience, maybe emailing an admin might help you but Im not very sure that it will be possible.

Do you maybe still have a Transaction ID when you bought the account? If you do contact mojang and you will get your account back. In case you don't, you will have to work with your dad. I am sure he will understand it.

My dad didn't purchase it via. credit card. I redeemed the code from the gift code in the shop. Unfortunately if you purchase it via. gift code, you don't get a transaction ID ;(

And my dad is really busy ATM, I only speak with him once a week because he is travelling through out cities a lot. I don't get much time as well to talk as well. I just really want to play as diamond donor. Thats why I want this donor transaction.

Well i'm not sure if I still have my code because I threw it away last year, straight after I used it.
