Help!!!

Guys i need help my mouse has gone very weird and i can't pvp with it also i have to drag the games to go into it . Here is the video for more detail:

Hard to see from the video but it looks like you have cinematic camera on.

Go to Options > Controls and scroll down to the 'Miscellaneous' section. There should be a key bound for "Toggle Cinematic Camera". If there's no key, bind one.

Then, press the key in-game to turn off the camera. It seems as if that's the issue, again, it's hard to tell from the video.
