Hide log-in messages

I don't know if this has been suggested before, or if it's even possible, but it would be really nice if the messages telling you about people logging in and out could be hidden from in-game players. They don't really serve any purpose and it's just a distraction that covers up the screen.
Save the chatbox for important messages

i dont know if thats possible but i think that would be a nice touch to the game but heres how i would make it
does not show log ins from 12 tributes left to 6 tributes left.
sence that is the main time people get on the get right off.

it is possiable some servers do that but I see no reason why they should get rid of it.

I am completely for this idea. I cannot tell you how many times I have died because the chat log filled up half of my screen with
"Suprawzmcul1 has joined the game.
Amzing32 has left the game.
WhoCares has joined the game.
RandomName has left the game.
RandomName has joined the game."
And I'm just like, I DON'T CARE!!!
