Pick whichever plugin. The first one is skitscape's, the second one is a more advanced plugin, only download that one if you know what you are doing.

Simply google "Minecraft hunger games plugin". I think bukkit has one that you can use, however MCSG's plugin is a custom build plugin from the ground up so you won't find one publicly available anywhere.
