How do you make a signature line?

I would really like to know how to because I have an image I want to put everywhere I post and to make my User Card always show.

In the top right, click your name, and then Signature.

What exactly do you mean? Like the image? In the bar above where you type, click the little Tree icon to add in a picture from a source on the internet.

I upload the image but all of the sudden it shows this other image like the icon you get when you don't see your image.
