How to avoid sprint rubber-banding.

Just don't hold down the sprint button while you're running, NCP will think you're a sprint hacker, and will pull you back, it's extremely annoying, hoped this helped

Just don't run for a large period of time, when the enemy is far behind, just take a quick stop, and sprint again.

What I think your actually supposed to do is when your hitting someone and they get ahead, you just block your sword for a second and continue to run.
