How to be able to read what is on signs in the hub on the server

I am able to log in and everything is fine however there is nothing written on the signs for me so I don't know what I am clicking or what I want to click on. Can someone help me by telling me what settings I need to change or something so I can see what is written on the signs when I am at the hub?
