how to i upload pictures of peaple swearing

there are some peaple swearing alot and i want to report them how can i do that

In report abuse, there is a template. Use it. You can attach the files or get an imgur account (it's pretty simple to sign up and use) and put the pictures up. A mod should reply within a few hours.
