I remember when the community called for Dave's demotion or whatever and shouted him out. Tbf, you make good points and the community has changed since then

Yeah I would like to agree with you.

It's no secret that Chad hasn't been much active in this server. Comparing to other Minecraft Networks, the Owner(-s) are really active.

I'm not trying to offend Chad or the Admin team itself, but yeah, I think that MCGamer needs a new leader who would make a progress in the community and the server itself.

It's time to see new MiniGames. A year ago, MCGamer had 1500-2000 online players, back in 2012-2013 it had 5000+, and now, it's almost impossible to make it to 1500. The reason of players leaving is because the server is getting bored. There're tons of servers that add new MiniGames every day. Unique and fantastic MiniGames which become popular everywhere. If MCGamer would add more MiniGames, the server would start growing up again.

The community is good, but there're communities that are even more friendly, and it's true, no offense.

Please keep in mind that it's just my opinion, I wasn't trying to offend the community, Chad or the Administrative team.

For me, that person is Dave
As much as I love Dave, I disagree. Dave has not been as active with this community as he has in the past, and although I don't deny his leadership skills, as I've experienced first hand. However I'm sure he wouldn't have the motivation or would even want to have a position like this ever again, especially hearing what he says about the server in my talks with him about the server a while back. However, I could possibly be proven wrong if he says differently himself... Dave?
