I made a new faction server and I really need a banner. Please Help!

So I have recently made a faction server, and I have wasted countless hours on it. It is almost complete, I just need a way to advertise it. So im looking for someone who can make me a custom server banner. I would really appreciate it if someone could make me a nice server banner that advertises my server.

Please include these things
1.Server ip(gatorade.us.to)
2.PvP
3.Factions
4.Auctions
5.Include anything else you think it should have.

Im not exactly sure what dimensions
