I would like to make a complaint without being rude.

First of all I am sorry if this shouldn't be posted here but I can't find anywhere else to post it. I love the MCSG servers, in my opinion any of the other minecraft servers aren't anywhere near as good. But then yesterday someone I beat in the game legit told a moderator that he must be friends with that I have hacks. It says I have been banned for sprint hacks. I don't have sprint hacks. I was running at the normal speed. I have a laptop keyboard so it is fairly easy to sprint again. Also for me to get banned doesn't there have to be proof of me hacking which as I wasn't then how can there be proof? I don't intend for this to be rude I am just quite annoyed about this and would be glad if someone could help
