Sorry if I'm confused but isn't this already implemented. On http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/servers/ you can search usernames in the search bar and it will tell you the server they are in.

We have this on the ban tracker (As moderators). But also, on the website server list you can search names as well. Hopefully I fully understood the question.
