I'm sooo glitchy in 1.3.1....

1.3.1 is very glitchy for Survival Games atm. I think it would be better to revert back to 1.2.5 until further official plugins are released for 1.3.1
Many other players are glitchy or buggy to0 such as:
-Falling into the void
-Sprint glitching
-Teleporting back a few blocks
-Problems connecting or never being able to play without horrible issues such as things listed above.

Most of those issues you listed is latency (lag), you may have a really bad ping time to the servers.

And Since 1.3.1 came out, Its become a LOT laggier.
