I have an answer.
If there are other people that also has made it to interview then there might be more than just you in the Waiting Room. Once there is enough Sr.Staff around to do interview they will come down and announce they're doing interviews. Gives you around 20-30 mins to get ready. Then they will move you up to one of the Interview rooms and you will have it there
