Hi there!
Since I have recently become a moderator, I find it only natural that I give all of you a formal introduction to myself so that you can get to know me better.
My name is Makayla. I am sixteen years old and my birthday is August 13th. I live in a large overly crowded town in Georgia and to be honest living here is completely miserable due to the unbearable 100 degree heat that we suffer from on a daily basis. I am home-schooled due to some bullying that I suffered from a few years back as well as depression and anxiety issues that I still battle.
I started playing Minecraft approximately two years ago when a friend purchased the game for me. I was hesitant about downloading it, but I'm glad I did. Throughout my time on Minecraft I have had my fair share of up's and down's and struggles. But through it all I never lost my love for the game.
I moderated on a few small servers while I simply played MCGamer. But eventually I decided I wanted to make my dream of becoming an MCGamer moderator come true. So I applied. I got denied within 24 hours and I wont lie, I was very discouraged. But I also held onto my determination and I spent a few hours perfecting and correcting aspects of my application. When I was finally satisfied, I reapplied. The next day I got the best news possible, I was put into pending and then pushed through to the interview stage. It took me about two weeks to finally have my interview, which I had today. And I guess I impressed them because now I am a moderator which I am so thankful for.
I know I may seem fairly new to some of you, but I can ensure you that I will do my best every single day at being a moderator. I take pride in being very caring so if you ever need someone to talk to about anything please don't hesitate to message me. I'm very understanding in most situations.
