Is that Better Sprint Mod?

Im pretty new here guys but I heard about this Better Sprint Mod (some pros call it BSM as shorting but since I am no pro i will say Better Sprint Mod)
And I saw someone on another server who starts his sprint fast... It seemed like he just pressed W once and as far as I know thats the function of Better SprintMod (of for the Pros "BSM")
I recorded it and I thought I would ask you what you think...

Even if this is BSM, I don't think starting your sprint fast is enough evidence. Their are other ways (Such as sprinting while taking damage) that truly can confirm BSM.
