just a thought, you could make a map which starts in the middle of an ocean in which you have to swim to the cornucopia. There could be little and/or medium sized islands of different biomes around the cornucopia with maybe caves connecting to some? you could include more boats in chests to make chasing and transport easier? you could also incorporate an underground part for puzzles and traps.
