My minecraft username is exactly 16 characters

Well, usually that error appears when the Minecraft sessions are down. If you're using MagicLauncher, use default.

I got this message when I first started playing Minecraft. When this happens, you are either using an illegal copy of Minecraft or you have not fully purchased Minecraft. Do you have a complete, legal copy of minecraft?
