items disappearing from inv

at the beginning sometimes when two people are at the same chest i get an item but than it dissapears from my inv. i assume it goes to the other person. could you fix/explain?

They probably got it first and it kind of lags i dont think its a bug just a matter of lags and it also happens to me a lot.

Yup, they must have got it first. Your client thinks you got it until the server checks and tells it that you didn't, so your client updates it and the items disappear from your inv. No real way to fix this unfortunately.
