It is to insult people who do not know how to play very well to pvp

Also they have to ban skins with the L that is to become very fashionable

I am not sure if you are trying to say it should be banneable?
I know that it can be rude, to call someone "L" or it could be pretty sad to be called "L", but there is no reason in making it banneable. The fact that it is so easy to dispute the ban, making it banneable will just appear as more work for the senior moderators when doing disputes.

The reason why we do not punish for "L" is simply because it is a letter.
We can take it into context and if someone says L with something along we can take it as Trashtalking. But simply saying "L" is not punishable.
