Ladder Parkour Question

I know, this doesn't fit in "Survival Games Discussions"but it's about my lobby, so I may as well post it here.

The question is: what are the mechanics of ladder parkour? Or, more specifically, is it possible to sprint on ladders/make a 2 block jump from a ladder onto a fence? I CAN'T do that, but the lobby before the FyreGames one had jumps like that that I sucked at.

I can't access the picture. I'm pretty sure for it to be visible on the forum you have to post it to an image website (like imgur). It is possible to sprint from a ladder onto another block/thing as long as you don't hit the wall while sprinting off the ladder.

(All blocks are on the same x-axis)
So you're balanced on a ladder. In this situation, can you sprint forward? It sounds like you're talking about an entirely different situation.

That's what I meant, just post the link. And yes, I believe that jump is possible just quite difficult.

Opinions. It is a challenging jump for most people I guess it's about 2.3-2.4 blocks, so you could do it without sprinting (I think)

As far as I can tell, you just jump around the lapis block, like a normal ladder jump. What's that pole doing there? Is it the next jump, or is it supposed to be part of the ladder parkour?
