Lagged out into spec mode/player hybrid

In a lot of my games, I notice that I lag alot after the game starts, then I notice anything I break won't come back, and I can't open chests or anything. I also can't fly. All I can do is walk around hitting objects, besides players and mobs. Uber confused
P.S. I have everything on very low settings

It comes from a poor internet connection at the time, it is just that the internet thinks you are in one place, and your computer thinks you are in another.
I know from personal experience :/
