LEADERBOARD SIGNATURE

So I'm starting to become more active on the forums (now that the servers seem to go down more often) and I was wondering how some people have the "leaderboard signature" that displays player avatar, leaderboard stats, and other information....
Are these created individually, or is there an easy way to include this on your signature?

and someone answered my question on a different thread.... I'll just leave the answer here in case anyone else is wondering....
"Go to the leaderboard, and find your name. If you click it, it'll show code that you can copy into your signature. "
