I feel that there is a difference in aiming for a goal and mindlessly posting.
RC_4777's idea changes it - If the participants of this thread are actually doing something other than simply posting a number and moving on, then there is some slight purpose, and it serves as a more informal thread, quite unlike the serious discussion threads that are sometimes found on the forums.

For someone like me who mostly posts serious comments in discussions, something light-hearted like this is a welcome break.

Last night I kinda wasted my time. My football team won 50-0 with pretty much no effort. I played almost the whole time on defense but I still did nothing.
