EDIT 8/8/14: It appears that the plugin has been updated recently, fixing many bugs and implementing new maps along with the pyro class. I've updated the list, removing the bugs that have been fixed and adding a few new ones that I've noticed.
It has been two months since MCTF2 was implemented, and I've seen very few bug reports and even less bug fixes. Here is a complete list of bugs that I've come across while testing out the plugin.
Hopefully we can see some more bug reports and updates soon, and get MCTF2 to a more stable and enjoyable state.

- Health regenerates
- Furnaces, etc can be opened
- Sniper arrows fly sideways
- Maps are escapeable with rocket/sticky jumping
- Ingame chat displays hub messages
- Denial of entering enemy spawn often results in kick for flying
- Spy option is missing from Blu spawn on Orange X3 (credit arsenalfcgunners)
- Red spawn on Degroot Keep is escapeable with rocket/sticky jumps during warmup
- Scouts take either no fall damage or die from fall damage
- Sentries are invincible to ranged attacks but die from one hit with a sword
- Spy helmet does not change color when disguising
- Spy glowstone dust keeps depleting until empty after cloak has been deactivated
Hopefully we can see some more bug reports and updates soon, and get MCTF2 to a more stable and enjoyable state.
