I still want a mod to confirm if this is or isnt aginst the rules, as he doesnt want to build for mcsg, rather people to build for him.

There's no IP or web address, so I think it's mostly OK.
Also, you might want to go onto the Minecraft Forums, not just the MCSG forums, and post a thread there as well.

True. This is more of a beneficial thread then a help wanted, as it does not involve MCG/MCSG at all, so basically this is truly against the rules.

One could also argue that since he was requesting aid from an MCSG build team, then it did in fact involve MCSG/MCG. But w/e, not my business.
