Looking For Someone Capable of Replicating Kagune (From Tokyo Ghoul) Into Minecraft GFX

So I plan on restarting my YouTube channel, and I was hoping if anyone here can do "kagune" (the tentacle things that ghouls in Tokyo Ghoul have) on Minecraft GFX. I'm using an edited version of SolrFlare's Kaneki skin, so I feel like it'd be cool.

hat exactly do you mean by GFX? i do 2D art and i dont have much experience with 3D Are you looking for a drawing of the skin with the kagune but more minecraft styled?
also what is your budget?
