Hmm i usually don't go to the ship. Its not a good idea since most people would rush there. And going there without a sword or weapon is suicide.

The chests get randomized from the plugin the server uses.
The Vanilla Survival Games however has the same loot in the chests every single time.

The Pirate Ship was extremely nerfed with iron gear having to be craftable.
Still good for your basic bow and gold equipment.

if I know plugins at all... EVERY chest is randomized. Including the one that says easter egg and the one that is supposed to have a CD for the jukebox
