Lost my Gold rank due to name changing

Hey. I am ChefFoa (now), but I bought the gold rank when it was on sale , maybe 5 months ago? Something like that. I was named PancakeMax by then. I changed my name and thought that the rank would stay, but it wasn't like that.
Can somebody help me?

Oh, maybe that happend. But I remember it been only 1 month after i bought the rank , then i changed my name and my rank was gone...
