Look, this has never happened to me. There is little to nothing people can do to help you that hasn't already been said. If it bugs you so much stop playing for a while. The most probable reason for this is your internet. Please stop solely complaining here.

There have been safeguards put into place to fix this, and if it can't fix it, it automatically reboots the server.
For the most part, it has fixed it each time. However, I may have missed a few servers..
