Majority skipping

I think I may have a semi-solution for the overplaying of Breeze Island and SG4.

The problem with the system right now is that it only needs half of the people for it to work. So, half the people may not want to skip. It doesn't need most of the players in order to skip. It should be that most of the lobby wants to skip.

So, instead of 12 skip votes needed, bump it up to 18. That way, a true majority is required. This will allow a greater variety of maps to be played. It will make it harder for people to just skip until they reach a more popular map.

I'm alright with the skip system we have now. I don't really care about skip. But I also would love this added

That idea is good too, but why not lower the amount of times the maps can be skipped to 1? Completely removing it seems a bit too drastic.

18 is 3/4 of the server. 16 is 2/3 either is a majority so they could both work

But the fact is that if only have the lobby wants to skip, an equal amount may not. It should require over half the lobby in order to skip. This will help makes like sg2 AND 5the be played
