So if you guys put this to play , everyone who wants to play SG will need to download the modpack ?and say you have nodus or nudus or whatever that is , can you still downlaod the modpack and join ?

I don't think that the battlegear mod works on multiplayer...

and some people can't install mods so its unfair if they can't play then

It can't work.
It's a no-no suggestion. This was posted in the wrong part of the forum, there is one for feature suggestions. A WONDERFUL idea, but the logic behind not having it allowed beats the benefits of having it.
Sadly, this can't work. Look at the "no no suggestions" post in "feature suggestions"
