Play on Roxbot.com and the skill will just come to you. Also, you could watch Huahwi who is one of the best pvpers in the mcsg community before he quit. ;( This is his Tips and Tricks video and it helped ME to get better.

Also, if you want to learn some tactics as well, there are some tips and tricks around the forums too. Although I'm not going to be a teacher, since I'm bad at pvp myself, I recommend looking upon who are famously great at the Survival Games. Good luck!

I wouldn't hire someone who wants to do it for just money...

Try not to take that much risk one game, or just rush your route. Risk can be bad, while rushing makes you geared which gives you quite an advantage.
