Media Section Error?

Whenever I try to "upload" a video to the media section I get this error: "Media URL did not match any supported services" I have checked the link, it works when I paste it into my web browser. I've also tryed some other videos, they didn't work either. So I was wondering if there was something wrong with it?

You have to use an embedded code, if you can give me the link I can make it embedded and get it back to you.
