Mic Suggestions!?

Hello all, I was going to buy a new microphone but I don't know which one to get. I'm looking for something with great audio quality for recordings etc. Any suggestions?​

Depends on the budget, if your going down the Youtube route everything about your channel has to be of the highest standard these days to succeed. The blue snowball is a good starter but if you're committed to Youtube the blue yeti is a fantastic option.

I own a Blue Yeti and I can personally say that the sound quality is absolutely amazing, but just as basically everyone in this thread said, if you're on a smaller budget, go for Blue Snowball

If you get a microphone, get one that suits your surroundings? Do you have a lot of background noise? Do you have heater noises? And so on, don't get a Blue Yeti, waste of my time and money. Get a headset.

As almost everyone else has said, the blue yeti is a fantastic mic. It's not exactly cheap (and i recommend getting a boom and a shock mount for it) But it's an amazing mic. I also know lots of people who have the snowball, and it also seems to sound great.

At the end of the day, it really depends on your budget.
