also just to point out that you are a very new member so therefore will obviously have less chance as there are many other people who have applied for mod that have been here longer

Thats not neccessarilly true. Its previous experience that counts most.

yes very true but what if someone has been playing longer has past experience and has already been catching hackers ... you see my point?
