There shouldn't have been any drama based off this topic in the first place :p. Notch was only doing the right thing which is saving kids and parents from spending hundreds or thousands on a server with a small population. MCSG dosen't charge excessive amounts of money. They only ask for donations that they need. I'm still glad this was shared amongst the community and I'm glad it dosen't affect our community.:)

I'm going to bring up a question for the sake of bringing it up. On Creative, don't certain ranks get the ability to claim more plots than others? I know as a VIP I get more than the normally allotted two or three (not sure which, but I just went ahead and claimed like six for test purposes). Can I assume that I was able to do this because I was a special rank or is it that certain donors have the ability to protect more plots because they are donors. Also, if that is true, wouldn't that make it so MCGamer is indeed out of accordance with the EULA?

ThatOneTomahawk yes the creative server rules will need to be adjusted slightly, however as far as a network as a whole we are fine.
Yeah, just making sure. I've been annoyed with the whole EULA thing since it came to light, as it can and will cause major disturbances with the way Minecraft's multiplayer runs. While I know it won't affect MCGamer as much, some networks will have to make huge changes that I'm pretty sure won't be for the better. Only time will tell, though.

Thanks for clearing this up Chad. There will be many networks that are affected by this, but not us. :D

Just keep in mind, people don't pay for VIP ;)

I love this.
Great that there won't be any annoying pay to win servers any more.

Except you can't charge money for in-game currency, so donor point boosts are going to have to go.
