I think that good stuff i.e. iron armor, could spawn in random chests not just all the good stuff at the spawn

Iron armour is the best armour. It should be the hardest to get, therefore the only place you can get it is the cornucopia. Maybe you should be able to get gold in random chests but iron and chainmail are too good to be found anywhere except the cornucopia. It would make the game unfair, like being able to find diamonds in all chests. It's only at the cornucopia because it's very useful and you shouldn't be able to just come across it in one of your big chest clusters you always go to (like pink house/suburban area). It would be too easy to get items and therefore to easy to win. Like in the Hunger Games, it all rolls out depending on how well you do at the start/cornucopia.
