Amazingly said, you thought good about this thread. And Id like to read your long life story :p
Thanks, Expect that story either later tonight or tomorrow, :D

I love your threads! It always makes the reader stop to think about things. Good going on this one!
Thanks Misi! The support from all my fellow community members, makes me feel great!

Another one of these good threads ^_^ I don't think anyone is going to do this if they are an active reader now :3
xD Thanks man! Usually the point i try to get out all of this, is that people don't do these kind of things to themselves.

yes i'd love for you to make a thread about that :).
Also edit it to say
"Message this to people going through rough times"
Also whenever I'm pissed I just hug my Doge. If you don't have a Doge you should get one :O
Thanks man! I really appreciate it! <3 and yeah xD

I would read it even though I know no one. First step to get to know people I guess. =)
Self Harm: No matter what NOTHING should get you to hurt yourself, if it is. If you do know someone hurting themselves, it's probably because they feel unimportant, unloved, unwanted, go up to them and give them a better day, then they will come to realize that self harm is not the way.
Depression: I was depressed somewhat for a while so I kind of know what it's like, at least for me. Depression is like a pit, once you get stuck in it, it's tough to get out, and of course, you don't know how. The only way (at least for me) is to think about other things, and when you are ready to face the thing you got depressed by, go for it.

I honestly could not agree more.

Isnt it just that people harm themself physically in order to forget or repress the pain they have mentally?

I must say that this topic is very sensitive to alot of people, and I must say you did a great work to get your own opinion without (I hope) "insulting" someone.

In the "rehab-world", there's two different types of self-harmers; 1) the one that wants attention by the surrounders, and 2) the one that does it to calm the emotional pain they feel inside.

Now you might ask "doesn't both of them do it for happiness?"
Well, the price for the person that wants to feel endorphins (painkiller) is a relief from the emotional pain in their body, but the one that does it for attention, gets a positivie reward in the form of attention by other people.
So basically some people do it to feel this kind of endorphins that kills the pain, while some do it to just feel a glance of attention.

I do agree with you, that self-harming is not a good way to "feel better", because in most cases, just like smoking etc. it becomes an addiction, and it's VERY hard to quit a bad habit, and as long as people get some kind of reward (endorphins or attention), they feel a must to keep going, and when you quit this habit, in most cases you need some kind of replacement for e.g medicine or talking to a psyghologist etc, but also a very understanding surrounding that can help you and see the signs when you enter these periods in life.
I would suggest that people that starts to feel depressesion, should get some help by someone you can trust and is experienced, like a doctor or therapist.

Better than mine. As always. D=
But thanks for teaching me about this stuff! I think that this "addiction thing" is like the pit of no escape thing too, so add ours together=amazingness?

To my opinion, I think most people confuse depression, with loneliness. That sentence just changes the way to see things.

I agree with a lot but exploding isn't the best idea, it can really mess up relationships and such.
