SURVIVAL GAMES NCP Increase?

Im pretty sure I'm not the only one thats noticed. For the past week I feel none of my hits were registering when I get 20-30ms. Was the NCP increased or... It just has gotten really annoying losing to people you shouldnt have lost to.

I've been fine in EU, not noticed it any more than I used to Am I lucky?

For me, it may just be that I've been playing on PvP servers with no NCP. It's very noticable, though.
